All purchases are considered final unless otherwise specified. To ensure the perfect fit, please ensure accurate measurement of your ring size before making a purchase, as returns or exchanges cannot be accommodated for incorrect ring sizes. In the event that you receive a different size or any other issues, please send me an email at info@llunaa.co within 14 days of receiving your parcel, keeping the void label intact if applicable. I will gladly offer a refund or exchange and guide you through the return process.

 

💜Color Difference

Color variations may occur due to differing computer and monitor settings. I appreciate your understanding in this matter. Your order will not be eligible for a refund or exchangedue to cooler difference.

 

💜Lost, Stolen or Damaged items

It is important to understand that once the Hong Kong Post is in possession of a package, it becomes their responsibility, as well as the responsibility of your country's local post office if you are an international customer, to ensure the safe delivery of your package. 

You could insure your package at an additional fee. Packages are insured with ShipTection. Please note that if you choose not to insure your package, you accept responsibility and acknowledge the possibility of your package being lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Consequently, your order will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
